Can I Get a Refund?
Yes! If you’re not happy with your product, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Just make sure:
- The product is unopened and unused
- You have proof of purchase (like a receipt)
How Do I Start a Return?
If you meet the above requirements, please email us at info@naturesglow.co.za. We’ll guide you on how to send your item back to us.
What Products Can’t Be Returned?
- Opened or used products (for safety reasons)
- Gift cards or promo items
How Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll refund your money to your original payment method within a few days.
Need an Exchange?
If your product arrived damaged or defective, no problem! Just reach out to us at info@naturesglow.co.za to arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs
- For Returns: You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, and this cost isn’t refundable.
- For Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the return.
